We will meet with you to discuss the scope of work and spend time learning how the space will be used. We will measure up and snap some before photos. Our team will eagerly get to work collaborating to review space planning, function and sourcing options based on your needs and inspiration. We will present our design concepts and creative solutions with options for floor plans, fixtures, finishes and furniture.

To help you visualize, we will come prepared with illustrations and samples for you to choose. Once approved, we will complete a design package outlining all the design details and materials needed for the build team to bring the overall vision to life as seamlessly as possible. At this stage, we are continually reviewing our major design ideas with key trades and suppliers to make sure your desired outcomes will be implemented correctly.
