I walked in without an appointment 30 minutes before the closed for the day. I asked to look at samples of Hanstone. I explained that my kitchen supplier is too far away for me to pop in. The receptionist was wonderfully helpful. She provided clear, concise information and advice. She helped confirm which of the two options worked better with my colour palette (despite me leaving all the samples at home). It was a pleasure to receive such excellent customer service from a company who I would not be ordering through them.

Our experience was amazing. We dealt with Amelia who was so patient and helpful. She returned our messages promptly with required information and always to patient and helpful. The stone looks AMAZING. The staff that measured and installed our counters were so precise and pleasant to work with. We would recommend and reuse Elite Stone for any future builds. One more time a million thank you for being the easiest and best part of this renovation.

If you can, avoid this company. They quoted me on my counter directly and the quote was approximately $6k. I went through another company, who contracted to them (I didn't know till after) and I paid $1,400 less. After the work was done and counter installed, I called about a minor defect..... guess what .... NO CALL BACK.
Called again, left voicemail.... NO CALL BACK. I emailed ..... NO RESPONSE.
Mickey Mouse outfit. Best to find another outfit. Companies who care about their customers return phone calls and deal with issues. My experience was a negative one.

We purchased Ikea Kasker Quartz countertops only through Ikea and retained our original cabinets from the builder and did not purchase Sektion. From the get go, this was an unique order as the stone is installed by third party i.e. Elite Stone in this case. The guy that measured our existing countertop and cabinet was ok. Afterwards getting his feedback was difficult or he lacked the skills to communicate effectively. The customer service rep. is very difficult to talk to and she talks over you and shouts. I almost ended up cancelling the order over some shims and was treated as if I had committed

I recently visited Elite Stone for our new Kitchen. I have been shopping arond for countertop. I found the very reasonable with their prices. Huge countertop line to choose from. Excellent customer service & workmanship. Happy to give rating. Thank you for finishing project on time within the budget and great workmanship.
