We had a tankless water heater installed by Ed and the team at EVAM. All I can say is customer service is alive and well with this company! From the first time I met Ed, he was responsive, patient (explaining everything and answering questions) and always making sure that we were satisfied with what was being done. I can't recommend EVAM high enough - honest, trustworthy, professional - a true class act!!

We had returned to our home at night around 10 pm in Mississauga after 10-15 days in December 2021 and our Bryant furnace wasn't working as it was quite old(more than 20 yrs) and the whole house was freezing. So we had to spend the night in cold with a young daughter. The next morning i was happy to reach out many other along with Ed(Bryant dealer) @8 am in the morning to hear my issue and reaching out to help @9:30 am at my house(the 1st one showed up to help). After examining the whole issue he was back with a new furnace in 1 hour and fortunately he and his buddy Andre were able to install it

Positive:Professionalism
I met with 4 different HVAC companies and none of them mentioned to me that I'm eligible for a rebate from the manufacturer. EVAM team immediately identified the 800 dollars savings. I'm very grateful for that
Very professional and friendly team

If you're like me and reading this review as part of your "due diligence", stop looking. I got four quotes, and Evam is the absolute best value, quality and service you'll find in the GTA. That's right - Value AND Quality - two words that rarely come together these days. I recently had a brand-new Furnace and Heat pump installed by Evam. As you'll see from the other reviews, Ed and his staff are fantastic! They were very respectful, answered all my questions and worked with me to make the installation a success. He even filled out all of the warranty paper work and sent me the proof of warranty

This company was fantastic from the moment I asked for a quote to the installation of our new furnace. Ed was extremely nice and honest telling us exactly what needed to be done. They came right on time and did a great job. They clean up everything after they left. I could not believe how responsible they were. I had asked many quotes in the past but Evam was not only competitive but also help us to choose the best option for our home. I will highly recommend them. I will be using them again in the future when the time comes for AC installation.
