We're a strip commercial mall with 32 parking stalls. We used Superyards for snow clearance for the first time this past winter.
Storefront and sidewalk clearance was done very well, almost always done prior to mall opening. Parking lot clearance improved over the winter once it was clarified that shop owners often arrived at 7 am. There were some initial issues with snow not being cleared enough from some parking stalls making them unusable. We checked several companies and found Superyards' fees to be the most competitive considering the minimum snowfall levels for service.

This is a small one man, one employee company. He has taken on large contracts, then struggled to get the occasional part time staff to do the work. He has let us down several times due to "Staff sickness, holidays etc", or some other excuse. We are now with ####### (sory cannot promote other businesses here), and very happy with them. The owner of Superyards has a full time job with the City of Calgary which clearly impacts his ability to run his snow and yard business.

Had Jon and his team starting taking care of our house recently. They showed up after an urgent call and did a great job to remove all the ice on my driveway and cleaned the sidewalk for sure. That was a late evening and I believe it was a super long day for them and the most important thing was they did what they promised. Will recommend Superyards to friends!
