First, had them come out and measure and they were supposed to CONTACT ME, instead they sent an email to my contractor and he did not pass it on. 2nd, after contacting them and paying 1/2 they ordered it. 7 weeks later they get it in, check it for accuracy and say it's good to be installed. They come the next week and instead of installing it the guy who came to measure said it was completely wrong from what he ordered. I'm now in another 7 week holding pattern and when I asked for a 10% discount, I heard crickets. This is not the way to do business.

Great experience from front to finish. Prompt response to come out and measure door for a new tile shower. Install went smoothly. Matt and Nick did an outstanding job - getting everything to line up and professional caulk lines (not an errant stroke to be seen!). They also provided helpful suggestions for maintaining the shower. Looks great - can't wait to use it!

Just found my new glass, mirror, window, and shower door company. These guys are responsive, competitive, and professional. I was having a hard time getting anyone to look at a small, two-wall shower glass enclosure with door. All Custom Glass was onsite quoting within a day of my contacting them. They had a quote to me within hours, and the custom lead time was less than two-weeks. They called me when the materials were in, and we scheduled for install less than 48 hours later. Had a very difficult 25 year old arched window replaced as the double pane seal had broke causing internal condensation. This window had to be custom cut in low E to reduce UV rays. Michelle did a great job setting everything up and Scott installed the window on time and flawlessly. Great job, great price, great service!
