Called at 8am for a plugged sewer. They took my infomation including credit card number and said will send someone around 6pm if anyone is available. At 4pm,they told me nobody could come and suggested me call after hour service. Not happy with waiting the whole day and almost left no time for me to call other service providers before they close.

They couldn't fix a simple heat issue, and charged my credit card without getting the authorization from me. Especially, a gentleman name Kent at the office is very unprofessional. Please don't hire them. Don't give your credit card number before the service

If youre looking to complete a bathroom renovation, we highly recommend Mr Plumber. Haldane managed the whole process and was excellent to work with - professional, helpful and always responded quickly to any questions/concerns that we had. We were also really pleased with all the tradesmen who worked on this project...great workmanship and work ethic...took great care to keep the mess to a minimum and all were great guys to have around.

I asked why they did not leave a message before sending it to collections and she felt she didn't have to. She insinuated that if i was too broke to pay i should have called. (I wasn't too broke to pay, I wasn't getting my mail.) I tried to
