This is where things begin. We develop a plan for layout keeping in mind your needs, wishes, design style, adjoining spaces and most importantly function. We work out details for flow, function, partitions, transition areas, focal areas, etc. and come up with the best space plan for your space. We develop elevations as needed and 3-dimensional semi realistic rendering of the areas to give you a true sense of the final product.
