There seems to have been a problem with everything from the start. From the lady who never answered my initial email request for an estimate to the receptionist giving me grief over an incorrect bill. The management, service manager & technician were all professional in their manner speaking with me. Problems were with things like several appointment times & days changed without notice for the install. This was annoying especially when personal appointments were changed each time to accommodate it & just waiting is SO annoying. How about my new sodded blvd being torn up from the van being backed

From the ordering process, to the finished product, Gagnon doors exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service. The install guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. They provided advice on door openers and ensured that my new garage door was ready for a garage door opener when I choose to install one. I will use Gagnon again. No need for me to shop around.
