Professional, fast, and friendly service. Jeff has competitive pricing and had our ancient woodstove WETT certified just in time for winter to show up. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable guy who took the time to make sure we knew the most efficient way to use such a large woodstove.

A thoroughly bad experience - Jeff offered little by way of help or guidance in the planning of our wood stove choice and install. In spite of ample reminders Jeff did not work with the build schedule at all, requiring two unnecessary elbows in the flue. His installation was failed by another WETT certified installer (I wasn't trusting Jeff's work by this time) for several substantive reasons. He was aggressive in reaction to this news, instead of concerned with the problems found, and then would not communicate with me subsequently. I had to pay someone else to correct his mistakes.
