Ok what do you do when you find mold on your kids bedroom window? You call the best in the business!! When this happened to me I called Jordan ASAP. He came out right away to check it out. He was on time, professional and to the point. Turns out we need a new window and Jordan asked some key questions around our budget, the look we wanted and our time time. He presented a very detailed quote and walked me through it completely. The whole experience was great and I look forward to completing the job soon. Thanks Jordan and team!

We recently commissioned Shignanski Construction to design and install a new front porch on our home. All stages of the work, including consultation, project management, installation and finishing were professional and at a high standard. We made several minor changes throughout the work, which were accommodated with no issues. The work area was kept clean and tidy throughout. I would certainly recommend Shignanski Construction.

Shagnanski Construction were amazing! We had 2 large beams put in the basement to eliminate the posts, new flooring and subfloor, sewer back up valve installed and all new lighting. The work was done so well and has increased the value of our home. Our project manager was accessible and willing to work with our needs and wants. The workers were respectful, on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We will use Shagnanski for future projects.

We have used Shignanski to renovate several areas in our home (large ensuite in 2018 as well as a basement renovation after sewer backup and kitchen remodel in 2020). We didn't even think to go to another company after using Shignanski the first time. When we did our kitchen redesign, they helped us right from designing the kitchen to the final product. Shignanski completed our recent renovation which included removing walls, reconfiguring the kitchen, removing and replacing windows and entry doors as well as changing the siding on the house.
We were very impressed with the professionalism from start to finish of our project. Their employees were extremely responsive and flexible to work with any changes we required as well everything was discussed up front and we had full control over making all decisions without being pushed in any one direction.
We were so impressed we can’t wait to complete our next project with Shignanski.

Recently upgraded a few areas in my home. I am very pleased with the results & Shignanski Construction. The project manager kept me informed with open communication and the installer (Darrin) did a wonderful job on the install. A few problems arose during the process, but problems were solved without adding time or cost! I will use Shignanski Construction for my future projects.

I am a sub-contractor that works with Shignanski multiple times throughout the year. Though I can't comment on the work they do as I have not completed a project with them myself, I will say that my interactions with their various project managers has always been great. They are very professional and exhibit great communication. The homeowners I have spoken to on job sites also seem very pleased with their experience. I would consider this contractor for any future projects of my own.

They treat their subs like team mates not enemies, and their customers are always happy. They always pay close attention to detail and are freindly people, which makes work fun! We had a great experience with Shignanski Construction. The man door to our single care/shed was becoming more a problem year after year. They replaced the door and jimmied it into it's proper position. They also dealt with the heaving of the posts holding up our pergola. Professional, on time, great communication, good work.
