Andrew was born in Prague, grew up in Mississauga, and settled in Peterborough, where he founded Glenforest Electric. Andrew's electrical and home automation expertise is widely known, and he has worked as an instructor at both Fleming and Durham colleges in the Schools of Skilled Trades and Renewable Technology.
He also has a degree in Computer Science and Economics, with experience managing the entire country-wide paging network maintenance system for Rogers Wireless - a background that comes in handy for the continuous innovations in the home automation industry. When Andrew isn't planning projects and leading his team of experienced electricians, he likes to work on his vintage go-kart project and play classical guitar.
He's serious about sports (he even coaches his son's hockey and baseball teams) and a huge Formula 1 fan. Be sure to ask Andrew about his prized possession - a custom Senna goalie mask. Taryn was born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, and as the daughter of a restaurant owner, grew up around food and hospitality.
