I don't know how their appliances are but I requested a service with them a while back and they do take at minimum a week to get to your place. They charge more than most other companies I have dealt with on the island and the last guy they sent me was very condescending. I try to avoid this company as much as possible. I recently placed a service call in which whirpool sent me to them and they refused to honour the price I was quoted because it was not under warranty. But whirpool knew that and still quoted me the price.

Joel came and fixed our dryer today, he was on time, knew exactly what the problem was, and was very professional. Didnt take long at all to have the dryer back up and running, we will definitely be calling Barrons again next time we need any appliances repaired. Thanks so much folks!

Barron's like always over the past decade came on time and fixed my dishwasher for a reasonable price and made a few preventative suggestions. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I wouldnt consider calling anybody else in.

They are highly recommended. They just couldn't help us for warranty work due to lack of technicians. Don't doubt their expertise. I am sure they would help us out if they could.
