Dalton, from Aurora Overhead door, is very helpful. He knows his stuff well. He helps me rewind the tension string on one of my garage door, readjust the door balance, changed one of the garage door wheel and replaced the door cable for another door. All these are done quickly, in contrary to the super slow speed if I do it myself.

I just want to say, we have been dealing with Ian's company for likely 25 years and without fail, every time I call or need service, I am greeted with friendly, honest, polite, professional staff and service. Always a joy to deal with. Today was no exception. I did not get the gentleman's name who came to our house, but he too had all those qualities.
