I ordered a microwave from these people and unfortunately we found some terrible reviews online that it was a lemon and had motherboard issues. Wee attempted to return it and were told that all their appliances are "special order" and are final sale. I said what do you mean special order? They told me "If we need to order it and don't have it in stock its special order"
Its a furniture store and 90% of the items they DONT CARRY IN STOCK. This place is a scam trying to sell you something you can never return. BUYER BEWARE

We purchase mattress set . At the time of purchase we pointed out that mattress will be like they had cross section view on display and they say yes, but when it delivered it was not. several attempt was made to talk to them on phone and excused was the girl who sold you is not here took our tel # and never return the call. We decided to go visit the store and the person who said he was manager at time of purchase said he is not manager the girl will get back to you. They may give you good deal but you may never get what you were sold. I would not not recommend to shop here no after sale service

They will try to come up with every possible reason to ensure that no refund is made. I made a deposit for a Bed that was told to me that they have in the store and can delivery to me ASAP. I had an emergency and had to travel for a couple weeks. On returning I was not going to be living in Toronto and was moving to Vancouver and had no need for the bed. When I asked for the deposit that I had put down to be refunded. The excuses they come up with - We had to bring the bed to out store when i was informed the bed was already at the location.
