To ensure quality and customer satisfaction, our managers personally oversee all of the day to day operations in their full service facility, where all of the cleaning process takes place.

We wash our shirts using special soap at cool temperatures to minimize shrinkage. Every shirt is inspected for broken buttons, and to ensure proper pressing of the collar, armholes, cuffs and placket. Special shirt hangers have been selected to keep the proper shape of the collar and shoulders. Plastic studs are used in all French cuffs.
