I had a representative come out to look at giving me termite protection because it seemed as if I had a minor previous infestation that I did not know about, that seemed to be inactive.. I signed up to recieve service with this company, and cut them a check for $800 and was told I would recieve service the next day. The next day comes and I text the guy and asked if they would be coming and he advised me it may be the following week. Which was whatever. I then decided to go ahead and repair the simple damage (just a piece of window trim) and found active termites. I called the guy back and he advised

Seth was great and very thorough when he came to treat the inside and outside of our home today. He communicated what he was going to do and was sure to communicate his arrival time. We have had great service with our other technicians, but I would say that Seth has been the most thorough this far! Excited to see the difference in our home two weeks from now.
