Top notch service and friendly staff. The last couple times I've been in they haven't had what I needed, but were super helpful in trying to get it. No complaints, keep up the good work.

Valley is a good place to go for building supplies etc. I bought a beautiful blue bathroom vanity from there a few months ago and it definitely enhances my new bathroom. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

(EDITED AFTER ORIGINAL REVIEW)
They may be the best in town if you are a contractor, as so many claim, but I paid $600 to have my order delivered to Texada, and four months later I am still waiting for part of it. They sent the wrong product, 1x2s instead of 2x2s And I still have not received what I ordered. They also damaged some of the foam insulation and ALL of the finishing material. I have no doubt that if I was a regular customer (eg contractor) I would have my wood, replacement finishing material and an apology for the wait by now. Instead all I get is excuses and gas lighting from "Vic

Amazing employees who are super knowledgeable and supportive. As someone who is inexperienced with construction projects, the team at valley has been great- they have adaptable solutions for every project.

Great knowledgeable staff
Pricing on tools is high. Like 30% higher than the island. The people behind the front desk know their products and their store. I highly recommend shopping here. Although prices are high for tools they do carry the best tools you can buy in powell river
