I wanted to give them a high rating as I know many people who own their own businesses and I'm not here to take away business, I just want what has been agreed upon. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the job. As it states on the website 100% guarantee money back. After many back and forth text messages where I admit I may have come across frustrated but as the customer I was dealt with unpleasant, sharp and quite rude responses. West Coast Maids quite simply... ROCK! Their deep clean is just what it says! These ladies are amazing and time after time their standard quality of cleaning is tops. My kitchen was left sparkling and even the stove was moved so that the area could be properly cleaned. We have a busy household with dogs tracking in dirt and debris from outside. Carpets are vacuumed and refreshed, bathrooms left impeccable and what astounds me... our hardwood floor is shiny and streak-less! Whenever I do it, there are visible streaks. Even our glass shower, which was near to impossible for us to clean properly,

Called to confirm the week before and had to leave a message. The day comes and no cleaners. I call to find out what's going on and they have no record of the appointment. the owner then offered to come out another day, which I declined.

They did not show up for their first appointment as it was written in their books as the wrong day. When they finally did show up, we were happy with their cleaning service, however, we live in Chilliwack and they told us that there was a two-hour minimum, but now they have decided that there is a three-hour minimum that is not listed on their website and they decided to drop us as a client without any explanation. Also, we have been waiting for weeks for receipts despite multiple requests for them.

I can't comment on the service, as I didn't even hire her. I requested a quote through the website. Later, I saw she called my phone 3 times in 5 minutes, and texted me to call her back. I responded via text that I would prefer to receive a quote via email. She sent me an email asking me what kind of clean I wanted, but the email was full of spelling mistakes (she called her company "West Coast Meats"), and absolutely no punctuation. Then I received another similar email asking if I wanted to cleaning done by the weekend, and that I needed to get back to her as soon as possible

Utter disappointment from start to finish.
My wife usually cleans our 700 sqft apartment from top to bottom in about an hour. But she is in late pregnancy and was looking for a deep clean of primarily the bathroom and oven. For the record I do home renovations and our home is regularly cleaner than 90% of the homes I work in.
Dealing with Diana and West Coast Maids:
First we were told that instead of 2 people coming for 3 hours, they would send 3 people for 2 hours. No problem. Diana had to verify our address over 2 phone calls.They were supposed to be here at 10 am. They called at 10:45 saying

This experience could not have been more horrific!! I wouldn't touch this gong show in a million years and consider it a public service to warn people off this terrible company. The woman who runs this service "Diane" is clearly completely delusional and needs medication, but first, I'll try to recap.

I had booked a cleaning a week and a half in advance, they were supposed to be at my home between 12pm and 3pm. At 12:25pm I get a call that they are on their way but going to be another 30 minutes! So they were going to be an hour late to our first appointment!?

Quite possibly the most unprofessional service Ive had in the past decade.
1. I called to make an appt., the woman was nice enough but the booking times didnt work with my schedule. I asked if someone could come at 7:00 pm so I could do a walk though, they said 6:00 works better. I asked if they could do 6:30 they said yes.

My wife and I are more than happy with the service we've been getting from West Coast Maids and highly recommend them. We have an old house (1910s), two teenage boys, and since we run a dog walking company, always a houseful of dogs (and dog hair!)

I have called the lady the day before and was pleased with how eagerly she sounded about coming in the next morning with a helper, although I have to admit, she bullied me into sealing a deal with them, I didn't even have time to think about it, when she was already demanding my credit card information.
