Services
Rodent Removal
Our rodent removal specialists address mice, rats, and other commensal rodents using licensed anticoagulant baits that eliminate infestations without post-treatment odors. We conduct thorough inspections to identify entry points and nesting areas, implementing exclusion techniques to prevent re-infestation. Our services include safe droppings cleanup, particularly for disease-carrying deer mice, and structural repairs to rodent-damaged areas.
Bedbug Exterminator
We employ MOE-approved, water-based insecticides and micro-injector technology to eliminate bedbugs from mattresses, furniture, and wall voids. Our technicians treat all potential hiding spots including baseboards, dressers, and cracks in flooring. The process includes follow-up monitoring to ensure complete eradication, with guaranteed results that cover re-treatment if necessary within our 12-month warranty period.
Wildlife Removal
Our humane wildlife removal service addresses raccoons, squirrels, and other nuisance animals invading residential and commercial properties. We use exclusion techniques to remove animals while preventing future access. The process includes damage assessment, odor elimination, and repairs to entry points, with technicians available 24/7 for urgent situations involving aggressive or diseased animals.
Carpenter Ant Control
We specialize in eliminating carpenter ants using micro-injector systems that deliver pyrethrum-based insecticides into wall voids and structural timbers. Our treatment targets both parent colonies and satellite nests, which often reside in attics and moisture-damaged wood. The service includes structural inspections to identify moisture issues attracting ants and recommendations for preventive maintenance.
Hantavirus Cleanup
Our certified technicians handle hantavirus decontamination using specialized protective equipment and EPA-registered disinfectants. We follow strict protocols for safe removal of deer mouse droppings and contaminated materials, including HEPA vacuuming and antimicrobial fogging. The service includes air quality testing post-treatment and guidance on preventing future rodent infestations that could pose health risks.

Jim is very knowledgeable and professional. We has mice a few years ago and one visit from him and we have been mouse free. A recent discovery of a dead rat caused us to call again and he was great. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.
