Report
Do not recommend using John Gray when moving to a new city. Even with a two week window they still delivered 5 days late. Of course you have to pay the balance of your invoice before they will release your stuff. I received no reduction in the bill afterword. Overall a terrible experience.

I used John Gray moving this past October. You can tell they are a family run business because they really care. The team of men who moved me went exceptionally professional, polite and hard working. Dealing with Kelly and Mike from the office was also a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this company. You will definitely be exceptionally well served

Terrible service, lost our items, driver checked off as there, claims wont do anything about it, broke items not replacing the full amount found cheap stuff off amazon, when our items were custom made from local small businesses, customer service is terrible, never got an update when asked took a month to get anything passed the date expected, showed up was rude when packing. Over all a terrible experience and I would not recommend.
