This 5 star rating is accurate for a number of reasons. Most importantly Nathan Condo was "on time' and "on budget". He was present and working along with his employees every step of the project. He enlisted two other sub contractors which provided quality products and service. He was able to communicate in layman's terms which led to exactly what I wanted. His skill provided superior results and did not come with a misleading "pitch" and subsequent poor workmanship like I have experienced in the past.
