I found this place on Google, called explaining I needed a window fixed and they said no problem, just come and drop it off by 10am and it'll be done by end of day for $60. I drove to Scarborough to do exactly that but when I arrived they said because it's double pane it would be 3 weeks and $360. They were very rude and said I didn't tell them it was double pane. I did indeed tell them and regardless, they need to ask the right questions before wasting people's time, double pane is quite common. I have someone 5 min from my house fixing it for $70 now in one week. Brutal.

We had an emergency and need a custom shower glass and door made. Of all the places I called, it was Charlie from Northstar Glass who was able to come right away to measure and put the order in. All other places scheduled the visit a week or more out.
The final result turned out as I had hoped and without issues. Charlie was able to source the matte black handles/hinges and also the additional door sweeps and aluminum threshold I had been looking for. I will definitely be working with Charlie and Northstar Glass again.

Super great job done by Charlie and his team! My nephew accidentally broke his bedroom window so I called Northstar Glass for a quote. Charlie was super helpful and friendly, I got my window fixed within the week! His team did such a good job that I had them do the shower enclosures in my bathrooms.

I hired Northstar Glass to replace a side glass panel for an exterior door.
