The telephone manner is terrible. I called to check why the technician is not showing up? After some machine responses, a lady says "one moment". Then I have to hold the line for 35 minutes. That means I had to absorb 35 minutes of mobile phone cost, in order not being kick out of the waiting queue. Finally the line was attended. I said "I had been holding the line for 35 minutes, that is really long for one moment". Immediately she didn't say a word and cut the line. This happened on 24 Sept 2021 9:56am call time. cut my call 10:32am. The phone number I called

Dont Trust Evgen Kras / Jack Redd. I had one of the Technician come to my house and try to fix my Washer and dryer. He came by twice and still nothing was fixed. He took a deposit of $300 from me stating it was to buy parts and supplies. But nothing was fixed! After the second time he said he just had to go grab a part from his supplier and I Never seen him again. Horrible business! He told me his name is Jack Redd which sounded made up when he said it. Then I noticed some paperwork he signed stating his name is Evgen Kras. I called in the office to complain and get my money back... But nothing

Unprofessional and rude. I called to make an appt, but within the same hour (and 1.5 hours before anyone arrived) I tried to cancel it. I had already learned that my stove was not repairable and didn't need to bring and pay someone extra to tell me. The woman said I could cancel the booking but I would still be charged. I said charge for what? No one has come, it's barely the service window yet. She was rude and confrontational. I am currently unemployed and didn't need to waste $100 for nothing, especially since I have to buy a new stove now. I would never deal with a company

NOT RECOMMENDED - Service tech called to confirm the appointment 1/2 an hour before the 2 hour appointment window would have expired and quoted $10 more over the phone than was advertised on their website and then when I said I wanted to cancel he said I had to provide 3 hours notice or I would be billed anyway which was never previously disclosed to me and which I explained to him. I then tried to cancel through the office twice but got a message that they were experiencing higher than normal call volumes. The service tech never arrived and even though I was NEVER told about a 3 hour cancellation
