Services
Heating Installation
Our licensed technicians install high-efficiency furnaces and boilers from trusted brands like Bryant and KeepRite. We assess your home's heating needs to recommend systems that optimize comfort while reducing energy consumption. Our installations follow Ontario gas code requirements, including proper combustion testing and safety checks to ensure reliable operation during winter months.
Cooling Systems
We provide central air conditioning installation with high SEER-rated units that lower electricity bills. Our technicians specialize in residential split systems and mini-split installations for homes without existing ductwork. Annual maintenance services include coil cleaning and refrigerant level checks to maintain cooling efficiency and extend system lifespan.
Air Quality Solutions
Our indoor air quality services include HEPA filtration installation, UV air purifiers, and whole-house humidity control systems. We conduct air quality tests to identify mold spores and recommend remediation strategies. Upgrading filtration systems often proves more effective than standalone air purifiers for improving respiratory health.
Boiler Services
We install and service high-efficiency boilers for radiant floor heating systems. Our technicians design zoned heating solutions that maintain consistent temperatures throughout homes. Boiler maintenance includes heat exchanger inspections and efficiency testing to ensure optimal performance of hydronic heating systems.
Duct Cleaning
Our NADCA-recommended duct cleaning removes dust, allergens, and mold from HVAC systems. Using specialized equipment, we clean residential and commercial ductwork to improve airflow efficiency and indoor air quality. The process includes sanitization when mold contamination is detected, following water damage restoration protocols.

I have called on CCAT twice now. Once for a furnace repair a few years ago and now to install my pool heater. Very happy with his prompt response and service for both jobs. Alex guided me through the selection of the right heater. The job required running a larger size gas line through the house. Alex took care of every detail from start to finish, and even met with the Enbridge rep. at the house with me. The heater works great! His caring and professionalism made this a stress free affordable upgrade to my home we will enjoy for many years to come. I would highly recommend this company! Many thanks

We recently had Carleton Clean Air Technologies install a new Air Conditioner for our house in South Ottawa. Alex was great with recommending the right unit for the house. He gave us 3 options. We decided to pay a bit more to get the most economic and quiet unit. We love the fact that we can't hear the unit and how quickly it cools the house. It's always stressful picking the right company to do the job and working with Alex and his team was a very pleasant experience.

Big thanks to Alex and the Carleton Clean Air team! Carleton Clean Air installed an Air Conditioner at our new build in riverside south. We were guided through selecting the right AC (which can get confusing) for our home and needs. The AC is quiet and cools our home perfectly. Working with Carleton Clean Air was a breeze, knowledgeable and professional staff gave us peace of mind that the job would get done right and on time. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs HVAC services.

Had our ducts cleaned. So many scammers out there. Carleton did an exceptional job. So happy I found them, I have recommended them every chance I get. Several family members have used them. They installed new a/c at my daughters & cleaned ducts at my sons. Call & ask for Alex .....
