On the following day, nothing was required of me until the truck was unloaded on schedule. And then your ladies took over and not just unloaded the boxes, but organized my apartment into a comfortable living space with a specific place for every single thing. I have been here for over a week now and I now know where everything is and I have yet to think of some more appropriate location for anything- largely because there just isn't one.

Our children now have families of their own, busy lives and careers. We spend most of our family time at their homes now and find ourselves busy with an active retirement. Our home is now too big for just us two and it's taking up more of our time than we would like. The thought of moving into a smaller space is overwhelming.

My Father recently passed away. My brother and I have been back in Winnipeg ever since we learned that his health was rapidly declining. We are currently arranging his funeral and are totally at a loss as to how we'll take care of his property and home. It is impossible for either one of us to remain in the city to deal with the estate matters as we both have families and jobs to return to.
