Shawn Sider and the team at Sider Bros. do extraordinary work. They finished our basement and remodeled our kitchen and living room, and we could not be more pleased with the experience and the finished product. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is without peer. Apart from the work they perform themselves, they have terrific relationships with an array of talented and dependable suppliers and tradespeople. Sider Bros. built our cottage for us on Lake Erie. After a year and a half of interviewing builders we settled on Shawn Sider and crew. The quality of their work is impeccable. We decided on a budget as well as a start date and end date and all were met. Our cottage is roughly 5000 square feet and as we live in Utah we knew we couldnt be on the job site very often. In the 10 months it took Sider Bros. to build our cottage we only visited the job site twice. All of Shawns contractors were outstanding. Shawn demands perfection and it shows in the quality of their work. Shawn is a problem solver

We are so happy with our beach house renovation! Shawn was sensational from beginning to end. This is a beach house that is shared by 5 families so there were many opinions flying around.
