I feel the need to follow up on my first review because I'm just so... baffled? Rather than answering my email (at the address Rebecca provided in her reply) Armour gave my cellphone number to a 3rd party "citations manager" who was apparently hired to get me to take down my negative review. (Is that even legal? Makes me wonder how many negative reviews have they had removed from their page?)
I told this mediator that if Armour would just reply to my unanswered email about missed appointments with an explanation or apology, I'd edit my review to reflect that they did me that

On top of being grossly unprofessional, this company did not fulfill its services once paid. The pests were not taken care of after multiple visits (which included reminder calls that went unanswered and even no shows for confirmed scheduled visits). Our warranty has not been honoured as Armour Pest Control Limited has not paid us back for the services they did not complete. Please don't let the cheaper price fool you as it did us.
P.S. Professional tip to Armour Pest Control Limited - please don't yell at your clients when you have forgotten about a scheduled appointment and point

Armour Pest Control saved my life. I had a really bad bedbug infestation. I called Rebecca and Paul and they were at my house within 2 hours. They were extremely profession and knowledgeable. I was a nervous wreck and they calmed me down and made me feel at ease. They came back two weeks later, sprayed again and I haven't seen a bedbug since. I highly recommend this father and daughter duo.

Both Paul and Rebecca did a wonderful job in our condo for the bed bug problem. They guaranteed results. Rightly so, we didn't have any sightings after two treatments.
Paul and Rebecca understood our concerns about having children around during the treatment. Assured us the spray they use is safe and odourless. They used the dry steamer to treat the upholstered furniture like mattresses and couches. The three-months warranty Armour Pest Control gives is real.
