There is a gross misunderstanding on what customer service and follow up looks like with this company. Don't post a disingenuous outreach to attempt to correct the problem. Always wonder about a business that has many five star, one review profiles.

I've been using these folks for a couple of years since I've moved to this end of town. The staff are well informed, courteous and not afraid to say they will need to get back to you. All around great experience

Very disappointed! Received a quote for 3way soil as what I wanted and was delivered garbage top soil. Had stones, glass, marbles and plastic in the dirt. When I called and in the conversation I mentioned I had photos. She asked me to email her my complaint with the pictures and she would look into it and resolve the issue. Best landscape supplier in town! Used them a couple times now and they're fantastic! Pricing and staff have always been super friendly and knowledgeable. Needed a few yards of material dropped off in our driveway but also needed to be able to get the car out. Our driver, extremely polite and courteous, made sure to dump it off to the side which was no easy feat. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

Ordered stone to be delivered Saturday to our driveway and they forgot us, if I did not call them 1hr before they closed we would never have heard from them. Then they confirmed they would deliver 1st thing Monday morning and no show again, this time their truck broke down ?????? Clearly I would not recommend them. Terrible customer service
