I had major renovations on my home, totaling over $140,000. I found out after I had paid, that they did not pull permits as they had agreed to do. Despite Bradburn group telling me, upon my inquiry, that the work they undertook did not require permits, the city said they did. Then they said they would get the permits and pay any fines needed and do any work to rectify any problems should they exist.
They sent an engineer to do drawings but then never followed up. Now a year after the work was completed, there are cracks in the brick wall (pics) and when I wrote in the fall to again inquire on the
