The movers were good receptionist was helpful and professional however their was a communication breakdown on pricing so the guys called up the boss as he wouldn't answer my number as soon as the phone was handed to me I tried to explain that I had interpreted the quote as 199
for the first three hrs however it was not put to me that each hr was 199.99 which I just wanted to communicate he was very de rude obnoxious and I had to tell him that he was being aggressive and that I hadn't called up to argue it was simple to let him know that maybe quoting should be better communicated

Used these guys for moving back in October 2019. They scratched our TV stand so bad that their "fix it" person couldn't fix it because it was so deep. They broke the back mirror on my china cabinet because they clearly weren't careful with it. While they did fix it, the mirror scratched the glass on one of the side panels. Said they would come back and get the glass piece to fix it, never heard from them again. Also spent a lot of time chatting instead of moving. Do not use. Totally not worth the headache.

This moving company moved my small household of goods within Kamloops on Sept. 30/17. This was the worst experience ever! First of all they miscalculated the amount and packed the truck incorrectly and had to do 2 trips which was ridiculous for the amount of stuff I had. Not too much furniture, but the furniture there was was all damaged. My pine dresser had chunks of wood out of it and scratches, other furniture all scratched. A picture ruined, a lamp base dented, control cracked and lamp shade smashed. they dragged everything along the bottom of the truck, tipped over boxes that clearly said

NO, NO. NO!! Do not use this company. Jason quoted me $300 - $400 for a move on May 26, 2017. I was presented with a bill for $656.00. He said I misunderstood. He meant 3 to 4 hours at $125.00 an hour. Said I could write a post-dated cheque for June 1, if that would make it easier for me. He deposited the cheque on Saturday May 27 (over the weekend) and it cleared my bank account. Said he had hundreds of cheques to deposit and missed that one?! He's a moving coming. Really? Hundreds?!! His guys were smokers and spent more time wanting to chat and smoke and visit with their friends

I've just had two excellent experiences with Ezzzy Moving (combining two different households into one). Two different crews both did a great job, perfect. Nothing broken, nothing damaged -- and I've NEVER had that happen before on a move. Even a piece of junk furniture arrived intact. The boss dropped in to make sure things went smoothly, the crews were on time, hard-working, friendly, and they stepped in and did the little things to make sure that my stuff arrived in one piece.
