Excellent customer service. I had my heat pump quote quickly and installation was earlier than estimated. After install I’ve twice had questions about operating and both times they responded within 12 hours and the one time they arranged to come same day. Couldn’t be happier with their service and quick response time and I highly recommend them:)

Amazing service! HONEST, prompt, affordable and exceeded our expectations. Fixed our furnace, offering affordable solutions before trying to sell us expensive replacements. Also fixed our dinosaur of a gas fireplace, investigating replacement parts and ensuring quick and efficient installation. Staff was so kind and accommodating. Thank you so much!!

I got a mini-split heat pump in the fall 2020 and Im really glad I went through PR Heating and AC. They are friendly and helpful with fast service, great pricing. And I love that theyre a small local company. Theyre also knowledgeable about rebates I ended up getting a 30% rebate on the installation cost B.C. Hydro making my heat pump really affordable!! The other company I looked into quoted almost $2000 more and didnt mention a rebate. I highly recommend them and I look forward to using them again in the future should I need something else in the world of heating and air conditioning

I just had a new, gas furnace installed in my home by PR Heating and Air Conditioning and I could not be happier. Gary and Pete came to my home and offered up a variety of options to replace my 50+-year-old furnace. They gave me a very competitive quote, which they honoured to the penny, and the crew that came to the house were friendly, quick, efficient and able to work through a number of challenges my older home's construction presented. I highly recommend PR Heating & Air Conditioning.
