We have recently met with the ownership of the Glenfalls Mini Home park and they will now be allowing Tiny houses in there park. Prior to being skirted in, they will be hooked up to Saint John energy, city water & sewage. You will have the option of crushed rock or paved driveway. Even have the grass laid for a nice front lawn.

A. Wee Bitty homes can run from $48000.00 to $100000.00 depending on the size, style & finishes you choose. A. We will work with you thru all aspects of the build to make sure your Tiny Home is unique to your tastes. A. Most 3/4 ton trucks will be able to haul your Tiny Home. Depending on the weight of your home you may need to upgrade your braking system on your truck to accommodate the electric brakes on your trailer.
