There's no magic behind why Mayfair Glass is H&R Block's first call for glass repair. The people are courteous and helpful, they under-promise and over-deliver, and they're cost-effective. Our most recent experience was a glass break at our 2nd Ave. office where their close-in crew was on site within a couple of hours. After being warned about a pandemic-related glass shortage that meant our window could take months to arrive, I nearly fell out of my chair when I got a call that the glass had arrived two weeks later! Thank you for your help. I hope to not need glass again, but when I do, Mayfair

I called Mayfair because after moving into a property, my buyer opened the patio door and it literally fell out of place, obviously not supposed to happen. I called and arranged a time right away. They were there on time and the guys that did the work were professional and quick. Thank you.

*DO NOT RECOMMEND* This company (especially owner) is very rude and unprofessional) Ridiculous out of town fee. When questioned if this would be charged for each time they would come out (owner said HE DIDNT NEED TO TELL ME ABOUT THE FEE) then proceeded to tell me they got a huge job and were to busy!! This process started 2 months prior. It was disorganized from the beginning and happy to take our business elsewhere.

Phoned in to get a quote on replacements for 5 windows. Company said they would be over to measure in a few days. No one did every show up. When I phoned in to inquire when they would be over a rude person indicated they would get to it when they got to it. Needless to say 2 months later still have not heard anything.
Phoned Northern Glass and they were over the next day to measure and had replacement windows in within 10 days. Prompt and courteous service. Would highly recommend Northern Glass and would not recommend Mayfair glass
