I am 70 and my sister is 74 we needed a plumber badly and because of Covid very few were working . So we finally got Muzzell plumbing to come out to fix the feeder lines to our well . When they got here they said we could have a cheaper price if we paid cash and not get receipt We are on CPP and have very little money so we said ok . Now 7 months later we find out the did not recover the feeder lines and they are now frozen solid . We called to have him send someone to fix it but he hung right up on us . Plus the other damage he caused was he did not cleanout the lines and destroyed out tolits

Calling at 8 am with a plugged household drain, spewing over our basement floor, it took me a few calls to get the right people involved and by the end of the day all the drains were working. Thanks to Mark and Trent for taking care of business.

They were able to get a plumber to my house within two hours when I called on a Monday morning. Troy was professional, courteous and took the time to explain what he had to do to fix my slow-draining sink.

Called for information about different types of hot water tanks and the best possible route for me to take. Without skipping a beat, I received honest answers and great suggestions of what's best for my situation. I am very impressed with the amount of time and knowledge that was shared with me.
