Showed up late. Did not park in the loading zone until the building's strata rep complained to us because they thought it would be faster to load through the lobby.
Refused to move awkwardly-shaped objects like camera tripods or laundry bins.
Smashed an expensive screen in the elevator with a couch on the way out of the building. Claimed that this was the fault of both the elevator and the couch.
Loaded all of our (labelled by room) boxes into our office. Otherwise pretty fast and friendly.

Scam.....they dont have an office and there guys were drunk and high when they should up to move my mother i have seen several reports that were bad they erased them BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY THERE WORKERS DRIVER FROM HOME....NO OFFICE!!!!!!!

I booked this company a month in advance of my move. I've had bad luck with movers in the past - so I was a bit nervous. Their customer service team was very responsive to my many e-mails that I sent during the week leading up to my move. Our move was small and a short distance (from Downtown Vancouver to South Granville) and they did a great job!

I had to book my move very last minute and they were able to accommodate me with no hesitation. Operator at the office was great and explained all details before hand. When the movers arrived they explained the contract to me. Asked me to see the place prior to start moving so they get familiar with the stuff. They started and loaded in one hour got to my place and unloaded so quick! My move was done in 3 hours for a large 1 bedroom. John and his crew were very efficient, friendly, and experienced. I will definitely hire them next time (hopefully not for a while) and will recommend them to all

I had a terrible EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY....they showed up 2 hours late and smelling like a brewery .i ask what there problem was and they started cussing me so i ask for there office and THEY DON'T HAVE ONE THERE A SCAM and no office i have called friends to check other offices in edmonton and calgary and they too have never heard of them at there addresses they post. Watch out before you hire these false and drunk people i would'nt let them move my dog house ..THERE TERRIBLE
