Hey Folks, so our reno is finally complete we had the unit for atleast 6 months.. We got great service for when it needed to be relocated on our property. And most recently Christian D. closed our account, he was helpful, curteous and professional. If we do another renovation we will get PUPS for our storage needs.

I needed a container within a very short timeline. Their customer service team went above and beyond to accommodate me. Not only ensuring that the container I needed would be available, but also taking the time to look at my driveway and street access to ensure that they be able to drop the container off in the right area without a problem.

The team was very helpful in the reservation of the storage container. I was contacted the day before delivery as promised, and received a text within one hour prior to delivery to ensure I was ready and available. The fellow dropping off the storage unit was very helpful and very careful not to damage my driveway. Storage unit was larger and clean. Overall a very easy reservation with PUPS.
