We called A&A Masonry to finish an outdoor room where our previous contractor took our money and ran. There were many areas that needed to be repaired and redone from the incompetence of our previous contractor. Nigel from A&A responded to my inquiry immediately and scheduled a site visit. It was evident that Nigel wanted to do whatever A&A could to help us build our room with our original vision in mind. He even did some extra research to see if he could find other contractors to finish work that was not stone related. He truly went above and beyond. Throughout the process Nigel responded to texts

Our residence required some repair to the 33 year old brick walls of our garage. We called A&A and were pleasantly surprised how quickly they responded and sent out Kim to do an estimate right on the spot. We had three other quotes at the time and agreed to do the work with A&A. Ivan was assigned and quickly came out to start work on our brick. Ivan was very informative and professional and noted all the key areas for repair. He replaced brick with the best match to our very old brick, filled cracks and parged expertly. Ivan also removed all of the interlocking brick staircase and walkway that

Very pushy sales. They want you to commit to a contract before they will even send anyone out to show you samples. Quoted phone rate is 3 times as much as competitors. They're out to fleece you.
Update: seems they fired the sales rep over this review before even reaching out to me to see if my complaint was valid. Now I'm being harassed by the bosses. I think that says all you need to know about how much this company values their staff and honesty. If they won't even give their staff the benefit of doubt, how much will they really care about your job?

I contacted A & A Masonry as our front verandah, concrete steps and walkways were needing to be rebuilt (after 65 years!). The company responded immediately and the property was assessed and a work order was promptly prepared. I was told the job would take 5 to 7 days. Alex, Tera and their crews arrived and they worked extremely hard- first to remove the old concrete and then through each stage of the construction. We had a great experience with A&A Masonry. We needed some tuck-pointing on our 60 year old house. Michael and Jonathan did a great job with the brickwork. In addition, they were polite, courteous and hard working. We were kept informed of their workflow and methodology, and dealing with them was a real pleasure. Also a shout out to Hazel, who first came out to inspect our house and give us a quote.

She stayed in contact throughout the job and came out to see how the guys were doing. Also Libby in the office was very helpful. We were very pleased with the final result. We highly recommend A&A Masonry
