I would definitely give the storage consultant a good rating but almost a week later I have not heard a peep from the sales agent. I really wanted to support the portable storage company closet to my small town but am disappointed that I have not received a follow call from the sales agent. Never did hear from the sales agent. Went with a company with better customer service.

From first contact this company has been professional, flexible and competitive. Leasing was simple and straight forward. Dave from Carp/Ottawa just delivered our BSB. Dave went above and beyond fitting our box onto to our townhouse driveway. You can't get better customer service than he provided. An absolutely amazing job 100%

Everything about the purchase of my 20’ container was excellent. Hailey, Kaitlin and Brett were all very helpful. Allan however stole the show with his difficult placement on the property. I needed him a second time because I placed the can too close to a power pole, my bad. Once again he did a terrific job. What a gem. Tom K.
