Came in last minute as the store was closing, Clinton and Mark went overtime to explain what I needed to correct work that wasn't done properly in my home by my contractor. I appreciate their in store recommendations and places they've referred me to around town. I'm not a fan of reno's but now I know where to go if I start a new project.

Awful customer service. Sales staff will push to buy extra material and management will deny the return of unopened boxes that were purchased at full price. Will not accept responsibility for miscalculation of required material based of presented floor plan. As an alternative sales staff suggested "to sell on kijiji" nonexistent customer service in 2021...

As a contractor in Toronto, I recently called Woodchuck Flooring looking for a very specific floor transition. After checking their stock, they found something very similar in the warehouse. However, because it wasn't exactly what I was looking for, they offered to give it to me FOR FREE! Seriously... for free. Who even does that?
