I had two windows where the crank did not work and the windows would not open. I called several companies and most refused to even give me an estimate for repairing the crank, they said they would only replace the windows. Andre at Queensway gave me both options and allowed me to choose. Also when he came to the property for the estimate he noted that one window was not working because a screw was loose he fixed it on the spot no charge. I would have never known that the issue was this simply to resolve and I really appreciated the honesty. Overall the work was done in a high quality and timely
