I purchased precast steps from this company and had them install them as well, summer 2020. This summer I noticed a large crack in the the bottom step and I contacted the company to have it repaired. I was told they do not have the manpower to make repairs and I can do it myself with cement. As I am 71 and a widow, I cannot fix it myself. I forwarded an email outlining my problem Attention The Manager. I have never had a reply. I am unhappy with their customer service and have serious concerns with the quality of their product. Think twice before purchasing.

Our bricks were not approved for returning which I still disagree with, however they did follow up and explain in more detail so i'm changing from 1 star rating to 3 stars.

Disappointed. I called in my order in advance, but when I got there to pick it up the order was not processed, causing me delays. Some of the product was cracked and damaged; the damaged product was not replaced. When I returned the shipping pallets the female at the front desk reception was rude. Won't be returning to conduct additional business.

Brandon is awesome to deal with who goes above and beyond. Neil is my favorite trucker in the business. He always gets in the tight areas and is always very polite and very efficient with what he does. As a septic system designer and installer we need more people like this in the industry!

I have worked with Westcon many times and it has been great. I never have an issue or problem working with them. They always make sure the site is ready before they ship. I always plan for their long waits times as they are very busy every time I visit

I have worked on multiple home building projects with Jamie at Westcon. He is at times difficult to reach, however is always friendly, attentive, and most importantly takes the time to walk through the process. His attention to detail has save me from ordering incorrect steps when my plot plans were wrong. They are defiantly the highest price in town but the quality definitely matches the cost. As with most things in the construction industry or anywhere for that matter, you get what you pay for. I was able to meet with the installer, Frank, onsite and was great to work with. No doubt I will continue
