Absolutely terrible customer service. My partner and I called Wade to come out and look at our heating system (we've had 900$ power bills in the winter when running this system). We were genuinely looking forward to having a professional come out and determine what the problem was. Upon Wades arrival my partner greeted him by telling him how grateful he was that he was here - Wade responded in an aggressive manner with a "you know it's a 2 hour minimum, right? 187.50". Well of course we didn't expect to call someone out for free, but we told him that he failed to mention that on the phone. Without
