Growing up on a farm with 6 brothers, Randy learned the value of hard work. His father instilled into his children 3 important practices in which to live by; work hard at what you do, be committed to being on time and always show respect. At the age of 17 Randy left the farm and moved to the city to join his 2 older brothers to learn the drywall trade, working in new construction.
