We used the Urban Painter to paint our entire house. Sayed, Gorge and Douglas were fantastic- professional, efficient and I always felt like I could ask any question I had along the way. They finished sooner than I expected which was wonderful since we were hoping they would finish before we moved in.

The guys knocked it out of the park. I had my whole mainfloor painted including my kitchen cabinets. Nate, Jordan and George were professional, courteous and clean. The team really focused on the details and picked up on things that even I didn't notice, which is exactly what you want in a painter. Definitely going straight to these guys when I tackle the other floors and I'm asking for Nate and his crew.

I submitted a request for an online quote and received a message back within a couple of days from a member of the team via text acknowledging my request. I was then connected with another individual for an initial quote/discussion which was great timing wise; unfortunately, this is where my experience with Urban Painter did not match with many of the positive reviews.
I was advised I would receive a more formalized quote via email which I did not receive. When I contacted the office I was advised I would be connected with another representative - this did not occur either.

We had Urban Painters do our main floor in the spring and were very happy, so we had them return this fall for the upper floor.
Nothing in life is perfect… and that was the case with a few small issues.
The thing is, their customer service and eagerness to please is next level. They are attentive and go out of their way to make right any little issues. We had a different team leader for each job, but they were both very good and easy to deal with.
I would both recommend them and hire them again. Fair pricing and outstanding customer service. The walls look amazing.

We are really happy with the service and quality of the work done by Urban Painters! Working with Amanda to pick out colours was such a nice added bonus, she was very lovely and helpful. Dave is super responsive and I knew it would be a pleasure working with him right away. Overall the crew was professional, respectful, quick, and pleasant. They charge a fair price for really good quality work and excellent customer service- we would recommend them to any friends and family and have already booked them for future projects on the house. 10/10!

The quote was competitive, they included an interior color consult, paint samples were sent to our home to paint test patches on our walls to confirm a color we were satisfied with and the crew sent over was led by Richard who is top shelf.
Staff were pleasant, and worked efficiently, they took care of follow up work/touch ups where there some coverage issues without asking for additional fees.

Had a fantastic experience with Urban Painter painting the exterior of my house and garage! The team lead, Sayed, always made himself available for updates or any questions I might have and for generally doing whatever he could to ensure I was a satisfied customer. From start to finish, everyone involved in the project was absolutely amazing. The quoting process was efficient, fair and friendly and they were able to get me scheduled very timely despite some delays on my part.
The painting crew, and in particular the lead, was professional, skillful and communicative. In the end, we were left with a better looking result than we hoped for!

A couple months ago we had The Urban Painter's paint for a day at our home, to fix up some walls that have been roughed up by our kid and our dog. It was such an excellent experience, that exceeded our expectation. The painters worked efficiently, and provided a quality paint job. They were extremely friendly, and followed-up with me after the service was completed. I felt the price was more than fair for the amount of work completed. I would highly recommend them, and will use their services again in the future.

We hired Urban Painters to complete two fireplace projects for us. Both fireplaces were originally dark grey and we really wanted to lighten the room by painting it white. Urban Painters was efficient and helpful, providing us a recommended paint store close to our home and an accurate quote that they stuck to throughout the project. There were no hidden costs and our painter, Manny, went above and beyond - filling holes that we didn't think could possibly be filled, leaving the areas spotless once his work was complete for the day, and caulking cracks that finished both fireplaces beautifully

The Urban Painter was prompt, courteous and friendly! Rafael was always on time, respectful and informative. He explained and showed us what was done that day and what was planned for the next day. They performed high quality work and even made friends with our dog!

I hired The Urban Painter this past summer to stain the exterior of my house and deck, and paint the interior of the garage. It was a sizeable job that took multiple workers over a week and a half to complete. The work was booked three weeks in advance, and the foreman came to my house to meet me three days prior to the scheduled start date to plan and discuss the job in more detail. I was able to meet with the lead painter every two days or so to get progress reports and discuss any issues that had arisen. I also kept in contact via text, and they were quick to respond to any questions
