Emil and his team were very professional and responsive from the time of inquiry to the time of installation of our laminate flooring. They did an amazing job removing the old flooring and replacing it with the new one. His team also worked within the time frame and estimated completion date as discussed. We are very happy that we found Parqueteam to do this job and will definitely recommend and use them again for our future projects!

The floor installation was good, however, there were many issues and it was very hard to get them to come back to fix the issues. Many of my messages and emails were ignored. It took them more than six months to fix issues with the floating boards and replacing the moldings. He added new door stops to replace the old ones but the new ones were setup poorly and used poor quality material (my opinion).
Before they did the installation the sliding doors were functioning fine but now they stay open all the time. He also removed the rollers from under the sliding doors and told us we should get someone
