We had a bad experience. We feel we didn’t get value for services. I don’t want to say anything negative or personal against them as the people are nice and trying to make a living. The amount of money we paid versus what we got and the miscommunication plus time it took is why we don’t recommend.

We had nothing but problems with this company. We purchased the cabinets in 2015 and already the cabinets have warped and the painting of the cabinets was anything but first class. It looks like they put one thin coat of paint on them.
We had a problem with one of the facings where they put a cheap unmatched piece of wood on the top to get to the proper height and thought that would be acceptable. The owner came up to my husband and pointed his finger in his face and said " now you listen to me" very very rude and my husband is the easiest man to deal with and the impression that was left was

I went to their office for some cabinet door accessories. One gentleman came forward , looked at what I needed, very knowledgeable look, suggested that can not be found anywhere unless I change the whole thing. Then he asked me to wait. After about 10 minutes he came back with a part similar to what I needed and he gave it to me for no charge. So this gentleman went beyond the excellent customer service to helping a human. This shows why they have such a huge and amazing factory and show room.

The durability of the finish on the pricey bathroom vanity that Century Cabinets made for us has been very disappointing. The actual cabinet was very nice and well designed. But within only a few years the glossy finish has started to come off. There is no valid reason for this except a manufacturing problem. Our bathroom is large, well ventilated and virtually never gets highly humid. The areas of the vanity that are affected cannot be described as high wear areas at all. The finish just seems poorly bonded to the wood in places. Incorporating the stain within the varnish may speed up manufacturing

We got our cabinets here a few years ago. The install went well but the finish is already wearing off!!! They are meant to be a dark maple but it wears like a crappy brown paint on soft pine. They are all banged and dented in addition to the finish wearing off!!

The staff (especially Julia) were great, but the owner "Robert" is a micromanager involved in scheduling, construction, measuring, etc. on every order they have. I was having 2 small vanities (30" and 33") made with a Quartz countertop and mirror frames. It took 12 WEEKS to complete! Robert doesn't return phone calls when he says he will. He talks overtop of you and doesn't listen to what you say. He is very confrontational. The drawings that I signed were not followed when the mirror frames were done. The frames are 6" all around the mirror and glued on top

I hope that people see this review before considering using Century Cabinets for their home renos.
The owner says he can do any custom home reno but this company CAN NOT. This review is coming from a former employee so I can tell you that the owner treats all his employees (especially the women) and his customers like complete crap. Highly unorganized, weak trades people who know nothing about installation, shoddy workmanship and way overpriced.
I have had no less that 5 customers come back and ask for a complete refund after their jobs were complete or in the middle of install because of the
