I booked my move with NPM as they were one of the movers we have a corporate discount with. The experience of booking the move itself was very positive as Kyle the salesperson was friendly and helpful. The move itself went relatively well too from a logistics/timing perspective. That being said, once the dust settled we immediately realized that our dinning room table was not fully wrapped in the truck and was left damaged in a few places. Nothing major, but I got in touch immediately and was told that they had a process to provide some kind of financial compensation (based on the weight/value

This Company was amazing fast, careful, and highly professional. Taran & Rommone were fantastic movers that upheld the highest quality with professionalism throughout the day. They made sure to take their time, and had all furniture assembled carfully. Both Taran & Rommone are highly recommened for all your moving needs. They pulled a long day during the move, but were high spritied and caring throughout the day.
