Questions
What signs indicate I need window replacement?
Difficulty opening/closing, drafts, condensation between panes, visible damage, or increased energy bills signal window replacement needs.
How do I choose energy-efficient windows?
Look for Low-E coatings, multiple panes, and inert gas fills to minimize heat transfer and reduce energy costs.
Why is roof age important for replacement?
Asphalt shingles typically last 20-30 years; aging roofs lose effectiveness, increasing leak risks and repair costs.
How does vinyl siding improve home value?
Vinyl siding enhances curb appeal, provides durable weather protection, and requires minimal maintenance, boosting property marketability.
What are the benefits of professional door installation?
Ensures proper sealing, security, and energy efficiency while preventing drafts, moisture infiltration, and alignment issues.
How do eavestroughs protect my home?
They channel rainwater away from foundations, preventing erosion, basement flooding, and structural damage to roofs and walls.

Derrick was exceptional. He came out to look at what we wanted done, provided a quote. He was polite and courteous and also has a good sense of humour! While this is not indicative of Capor necessarily, I do want to mention due to COVID my windows took several weeks to arrive. Longer than expected, but that was out of the hands of Derrick and team. When the windows arrived and the date was scheduled for install, the team was prompt and incredibly fast. The result was fantastic. I will definitely keep them in mind when I'm ready for more work.

Our experience was fantastic! The installation happened smoothly and quickly. We couldn't believe how quickly they worked. We are very happy with our new windows and doors. And our salesman, Steven, was a pleasure to work with.

We contracted Capor to install new fiberglass shingles on our roof. After a strong storm in mid-June 2021 saw heavy rainfall and high winds in North London, we experienced some damage to our roof and needed repairs. We called eight roofing companies in the London area and no one picked up the initial call. We left seven voicemails though (one company's number did not even connect). After 24 hours we did not hear back from any of the voicemails we left, but thankfully some family members recommended Capor. Given the forecast of rain for the coming week and facing leaks in our roof, Capor made an

I highly recommend CAPOR. They worked on our roof 6 six ago and recently replaced our easetroughs, soffit, moor vents... They are a professional company who stays true to their word and backs up their work. They responded quickly to any minor issues and questions we had. They were pleasant and respectful to deal with. I am happy with the work, and the experience. They have earned lifetime customers from their dealings with us.

**WARNING**HORRIBLE SERVICE! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I hired this company to come and install a door and windows for my house on Thursday, September 24th. On Friday, I called twice because the job done was ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS! I have left several messages with the receptionist and spoke to a representative who says, he will call back but never does. None of the calls have been returned. I am mortified to see that this company has such great reviews when, I trusted this company and PAID all the fees for the work to be done. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THEM! I would hate for anyone to pay for
