I arranged for Calgary Overhead door to come to my house to replace a broken spring and the opener at my house. I scheduled an appointment for them to do the work. The day of the install came and i got the call that they would be over to do the work, i was busy at work and the call went to voicemail. I quickly returned the call the and installer said that my account was passed on to another guy, and i would hear from him within the hour. 4 days went by and i never got a call, i called the original installer back and got no answer and never received a call back. So i called another company and they

I've had some repairs and a tune up done. My fiance also works here. Between those two things and the service/cost, I definitely give it 5 stars.

Thanks very much. Kyle was exceptional, I highly recommend them. He was very professional and courteous and able to fix my issue. Even though my door had a part that wasn't available at the time the previous technician was able to get my door so I could use it. Both guys were great.
