Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates customized outdoor environments combining aesthetics and functionality. Certified designers collaborate with clients to develop plans that incorporate hardscaping, softscaping, and seasonal elements. The process includes site analysis, concept development, and material selection to ensure sustainable, climate-appropriate designs that enhance property value and usability.
Lawn Care
Comprehensive lawn care programs maintain healthy turf through mowing, fertilization, aeration, and pest control. Services adapt to Toronto's climate with seasonal treatments and customized schedules. Our approach promotes root development and disease resistance while maintaining optimal grass height and appearance for both residential and commercial properties.
Snow Removal
24/7 snow removal services ensure safe, accessible properties during winter months. Techniques include plowing, shoveling, de-icing, and road salting using equipment designed to protect surfaces. Commercial clients receive priority service for business continuity, while residential plans offer customizable coverage options with ice melter provisions.
Tree Pruning
Professional tree pruning maintains plant health and aesthetics through strategic branch removal. Services focus on disease prevention, structural integrity, and light optimization for underlying vegetation. Certified technicians use appropriate techniques for different species and heights, excluding trees over 8 feet unless specifically requested.
Landscape Enhancement
Seasonal enhancement services refresh outdoor spaces through plant installations, bed cultivation, and feature upgrades. Offerings include annual/bulb planting, shrub additions, and garden overhauls that incorporate color theory and textural elements to create visually appealing, low-maintenance landscapes tailored to client preferences.

Elm has been handling our summer landscaping and snow removal for years. The January 22 storm proved their worth! They came through and serviced our properties without issue. Always reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

Dave and his team renovated the courtyard behind our house, adding new pavers, re-cladding the existing fence, building a gate, and - crucially - re-grading to allow water to flow away from the property. We were very impressed by their level of professionalism and attention to detail and craft, even when unforeseen circumstances put pressure on the job. Dave thinks like a designer, asking the right questions to find the best solution for you, rather than just treating the job as a task to be completed. We've been getting compliments from our neighbours since the day the job was done and we're thrilled

Elm damaged our property with their snow removal equipment, tearing up our lawn (see photo) and has not taken any action to fix the problem after 4 months. We had even terminated our contract with Elm (due to service quality) before they damaged the property, however, the team kept showing up due to an admin error, at which point they destroyed the lawn. They also charge a premium. I would not recommend Elm.

Our neighbours ask us all the time who does our lawn work. We have come to recommend Elm Landscaping to a few of our admirers. They are always on time and on point with their work.
